Teamwork is another skill that it is important for children to acquire
and apart from the obvious team sports like football, rugby and cricket, groups
such as cubs, scouts, brownies and guides will help children learn to
work and play together.

Swimming is one of those skills that parents consider important for
their child to learn for safety reasons. Some children will go on to join swimming clubs,
whilst others will just learn to have fun in water. Hopefully all of them will enjoy swimming throughout their lives.
Scientific studies have shown that children who have regular music
lessons, generally do better at school than their peers. Many children
who learn to play an instrument will join an orchestra or band and they
often say that in doing so, they feel a sense of purpose and belonging.
Whatever your kids are interested in, we are sure you will find it here! Remember that some activities and classes will have a waiting list, so always check before turning up.
