Local and Family History Forthcoming Events in Gloucestershire
History Tours for adults take place at The Museum in the Park on the last Sunday of every month, both start in the museum courtyard. Tours last around one hour each, sometimes longer. Refreshments available in the foyer cafe after the tours. Mansion House Tour at 11am: Tour the historic 17th Century Clothiers Mansion, now home to the Museum. 2pm Walking Tour of Stratford Park Estate: An outdoor walking tour of the ancient fields and more recent pleasure grounds surrounding the Mansion. At: Museum in the Park, Stroud. Cost: £1 per person per tour.
